She represents companies and investors in negotiating and executing complex domestic and international transactions, including venture capital matters. 

She is also a Director at Aurak Shoes Limited and 876 Engineering LLC.

Ms. Deidrick assists clients with contract drafting and review, intellectual property protection, compliance, employment law, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions and industry regulations. She also represents clients in corporate and commercial litigation.

She is also an Entrepreneur and the founder of byCela Preserve.

Drisell Morris

Ms. Morris has a passion for probate law and a strong commitment to client advocacy. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus with honours and she furthered her legal training at the Norman Manley Law School.

With extensive experience in immigration matters, Ms. Morris assist Jamaicans navigating U.S. immigration processes, providing personalized and effective legal solutions.

Tanisha Tapper

Miss Tapper is an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica and Saint Lucia.

She represents clients at the Parish Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. She practices Intellectual Property, Employment/Labour Law, Civil, and Commercial matters.

She acts as an International Consultant (of Counsel) in relation to cross border matters in Saint Lucia.

She also offers tutoring services, and has a passion for teaching and mentoring, and volunteering.
