  • In most cases, no. Property transactions can be completed remotely through structured legal representation, secure documentation and coordinated execution procedures. We also can coordinate virtual walk-throughs.

  • In most cases, yes. You do need a TRN to do a property purchase/sale. If you intend to start a business, you will need a TRN if another Director/Partner in your business does not have one. We can handle the TRN application for you.
