In most cases, no. Property transactions can be completed remotely through structured legal representation, secure documentation and coordinated execution procedures. Vanguard Law can also coordinate virtual walk-throughs.
In most cases, yes. You need a TRN to do a property purchase or sale. If you intend to start a business, you will need a TRN if another Director or Partner in your business does not have one. Vanguard Law can handle the TRN application.
